The ability to highlight a 'Troublesome' customer

ie If we have a customer that repeatedly says they have not had their parcel or is abusive to us etc - We really need to know when they place an order. So being able to highlight those customers in some way so it showed up in the order list would be excellent.

Refund Customers thourgh StoreFeeder

It would be great if you could refund Customers through Store Feeder this would Save an unbelievable amount of time as currently we have to log on to eBay x2 , Amazon X1, Rakuten X1, Big Commerce x1 it takes a long time, Personally I would not mind even paying for the integration, if it would save that much time, Thanks, Sam

Missing parcels, database for offending addresses / customers...

Would be very cool to have a database in storefeeder that all sellers have access to, when items get lost / go missing maybe more then x2 times or dependant on a formula, to a particular house number / postcode / name or whatever, then sellers can subscribe to this list if they wish and ban that offending address from their list. with the right formula and detection I'm sure this would save all sellers a bloody fortune!

Would be handy to have a BAN CUSTOMER button on the orders page which automatically takes the ebay user ID and throws it into the block buyer lists,

Royal Mail Tracking notification

There is a service on Royal Mail DMO which called ‘Service Enhancements > Tracking Notifications’ which we can use it when we print the labels through DMO in order to keep customers updated with a tracking notification to their mobile phone or/and email. We should have to use it via StoreFeeder automated labels as well.

Credit Customers or 30 Day Accounts

Be able to have a 30 day Credit or Account customers on store feeder. you would need an option so that at the end of the month you could pay off all outstanding amount at once. Would be good to have price lists for individual customer accounts as well.

Improved Customer Functionality

Some form of identification on customers to show which customers ordered higher volumes and which customers had a high number of returns/or refunds in the past. Some form of identifier on the customer, that is clicked by staff, In the "Customers" section so you can give the customers record a traffic light grading system. Green for customer who order a lot, yellow for normal customer and red for customers you had marked as having a number of returns/refunds

EPOS add customer name instead of person making the order

When taking payment for Goods over a trade counter have the ability to Enter a Name (Customer Name) so they have a personal receipt and we have a record of what item they have purchased. Currently the username of the person signed into Storefeeder gives no permanent record and some businesses that purchase from the Trade counter require a better solution that us writing their company name on the receipt so they can put through their accounts and reclaim VAT

The ability to create custom price lists for individual customers

It would be great if we could create individual price lists for customers, to make it easier to book out orders for them. With the integration with Xero and other finance packages, it would be great to use StoreFeeder for booking out orders (to manage the stock) but then have them post to Xero etc for accounting purposes. Whilst this is already possible, with the number of account customers we have, who do not purchase online, but instead call us to place their orders, it would be really helpful if we had their products and prices in a list to create an order from.
