Royal Mail Tracking notification
There is a service on Royal Mail DMO which called ‘Service Enhancements > Tracking Notifications’ which we can use it when we print the labels through DMO in order to keep customers updated with a tracking notification to their mobile phone or/and email. We should have to use it via StoreFeeder automated labels as well.

Hi, why would you not be using the Royal Mail Direct Int? is supreme compared to the manula format services.
Hi, In our latest update support for email and SMS tracking notifications went live for royal mail, provided you manifest you orders these will get sent automatically. If you want to send just SMS messages or just emails you will need to log into OBA to change the setting because by default both are enabled. Thanks, The Storefeeder Team
