Refund Customers thourgh StoreFeeder
It would be great if you could refund Customers through Store Feeder this would Save an unbelievable amount of time as currently we have to log on to eBay x2 , Amazon X1, Rakuten X1, Big Commerce x1 it takes a long time,
Personally I would not mind even paying for the integration, if it would save that much time,

Hi, is there a time-frame for this, i.e is it going to be in V2 or V3 of Storefeeder? This is still a super must for us and probably everyone else I assume. would be life/time saver. Thanks, Sam

So, any idea as to when this will actually be started seeing as the suggestion is almost a year old now?
Hi Andrea, I see and indeed as Amazon is slightly more simplistic with regards to Cases as you can over-ride this however eBay if a case is open and the customer would like a refund you have to do it through the case and the same being if the customer would like a exchange a refund has to be granted via the case as cases override everything. Well Still cannot wait for this, will make life so much safer in terms of providing credentials to Staff for all account and save so much time logging in and out of accounts :) etc. Thanks, Sam
Hi Sam We plan to implement this in stages. So the timescale currently is to investigate, add it to a channel and then gather feedback within two months. Once we know this has been a success we will start adding it to all channels one by one, as they would each need to be tailored. Thanks Andrea

Hi, The only channel we can do this for reliably is eBay which has now been completed. We are going to look at other channels in future as we can see the benefit. Thank you, The StoreFeeder Team
