Exporting customers from StoreFeeder

Overview

Export customer data from StoreFeeder as a CSV file. You can export all customers or a filtered group depending on your requirements.

Accessing the customer export

From the top menu, click Customers, then select Manage Customers, then click Export.

Exporting all customers

To export the complete list of customers:

  1. In the Customers To Export dropdown, select All Customers.
  2. Click the Export button.
  3. The CSV file will download automatically through your browser.

Exporting selected customers

If you only want to export a subset of customers:

  1. Use the filters or search options to narrow down the results.
  2. Tick the checkbox next to the customers you wish to export.
  3. Click Export.
  4. In the Customers To Export dropdown, select Selected Customers.
  5. Click the Export button.

Additional notes

Customer exports are provided in CSV format. The download will usually appear in your browser default downloads location. If the download does not start automatically, check your browser download manager or pop-up settings.
