Automatically email all dispatched orders at end of day

I'd like to automatically send an email to each of our clients (set up as companies in SF) with the details of all of their orders that have been dispatched on that day.

At the moment I'm downloading the 'orders despatched' report each day and manually sorting the orders by channel to send to each client. Would be great if any part of this process could be automated.
