Add "Report Builder" functionality

It would be great if we could build and save our own reports rather than just use the baked-in ones. Many of them don't quite do what we need, so the ability create our own would be super useful.

Ability to Exclude Order Channels from 30/60/90 day Sales Figures

Hello, we use certain order channels to hold, move or donate stock. However, these figures are all contributing to our 30/60/90 day global sales figures. Our buying team then buy more of these items as it looks to them as if they are high sellers when in reality we are simply giving this stock away. Please could we exclude certain channels from these figures as effectively they are not sales.

Add "days out of stock" between date range report

It would be useful to be able to see the number of days between a specified date range, that a product was out of stock/had 0 inventory, via an exportable report for all SKUs.

Stock value calculated using actual purchase price

Currently Storefeeder appears to calculate stock value by just multiplying the current unit cost (from the preferred supplier) by the stockholding. eg if I bought 10 widgets at £5 each, sold 8 and later bought 10 widgets at £7 each because the supplier's price went up, Storefeeder would just show the stock value as 12 units x £7 current price = £84. If I sell another, I have 11 units x £7 current price = £77. We could really do with Storefeeder using FIFO - First in, first out. Under FIFO the stock value would be calculated from the sum of the actual units cost paid for the items when they were purchased, and the first units bought in would be the first units out. eg in the same example I have 2 remaining widgets bought at £5 and 10 at £7 so the total value of remaining stock is actually £80. If I sell another, I have 11 items with a value of £75. Continuing the example, the unit cost info passed across to Magento should be £5 until the cheaper stock is exhausted, and then £7 thereafter. (We need this to be passed over as we currently use another tool to report on gross profits...) Appreciate this is not a five-minute job to implement! However FIFO is recognised as a standard way of handling stock, and the likes of Brightpearl already support FIFO: https://www.brightpearl.com/support/documentation/accounting-inventory

Report to show when a product cost price was last updated

We have an extensive range of products. We struggle to find which cost prices have been updated most recently. a system or report to flag up cost prices that haven't been updated for a 'set period' e.g 1 week, 1 month, 3 months etc. ideally with number of sales, this information would help us be more accurate with our cost and keeping healthy margins.

Automatically email all dispatched orders at end of day

I'd like to automatically send an email to each of our clients (set up as companies in SF) with the details of all of their orders that have been dispatched on that day. At the moment I'm downloading the 'orders despatched' report each day and manually sorting the orders by channel to send to each client. Would be great if any part of this process could be automated.

Stock valuation of FBA held stock

A really useful addition would be the ability to at any given time create a report of our stock value at cost price held in Amazon FBA warehouses. This would be very useful for end of month reports that we do and also for stock takes.

Adding Stock Value To Stock Take Approvals/Reports For Adjustments

We've recently started using the app for stock taking which sends the reports to the Stock Take Approvals Report to sign off (a bit easier to see adjustments in bulk than the app, as where a 0 adjustment is it doesn't really need approving). However, we noticed nothing shows the value of the stock adjustment when a positive or negative stock take has occurred. Currently we ignore small adjustments and put this down to errors with picking usually. However, this doesn't consider the value of the products being ignored. Being able to see this would allow our management to prioritise higher value lines even where single unit adjustments occur. They can then dig deeper into what has happened.

Sales reports that capture the cost price at the time of purchase

I run sales reports to calculate profit but the report I download only captures the cost price at the time of the download and not at the time of the purchase. Our prices fluctuate weekly depending on our suppliers, this prevents me from getting an accurate profit margin on each line. Thanks

Extra columns in Last Ordered report

Is it possible to add two extra columns to the Last Ordered Report, which would make it easier for our accounts team to reconcile orders? One would be last ordered date, and the other would be the PO on which the product was last ordered. Thanks!

Add EPR and WEEE reporting

For selling into Germany and France, we need to report the amount of packaging and WEEE that we export there. It looks like it's only going to increase and add to the work load for all sellers. Also, if they need evidence, it's much easier to show it from a report rather than my dodgy approximations. :-) If we could add the fields that we need to each product (e.g. Weight of cardboard packaging, Plastic packaging, wood packaging, etc.), we could simply run a report for each country and timescale, to total the amounts for each type of EPR/WEEE we need. Each country does has different requirements on data collection and reporting, some shared, some unique. I'm happy to draft up the data and reporting requirements for each country. The report could then be run, by choosing country and timescale, and storefeeder could just add up all the required fields from all orders sent to that country. A report for import packaging tax and WEEE for products imported into the UK would also be useful. Simply report how much packaging/weee has been imported from a supplier in given timescale.

Days of stock left taken from 90 day average not 30 to even out peaks and troughs (sales and replenishment report)

It would be more accurate for the 'days cover' feture to be taken from the 90 days sales over the 30 days sales to even out large peaks or troughs. The information would allow a far more accurate look at how an item sells and how best to order. Additionally the sales and replenishment report could also have the date of the next PO arrival. At a glance we could then assess the sell rate, the stock that is left, and whether it will last untl the next delivery or if an adjustment to speed up or slow down sales needs to be made.

Be able to get better 'time taken to book in deliveries' reports

It would be great to be able to mark when a certain delivery has arrived and then have reports on how long this was then taken to be completely booked in, a bit like picking timings. You could then work out averages per warehouse operative per item etc.
