Consistency in Gross vs Net application

Orders within storefeeder display the goods subtotal net of VAT and have a separate line for the Vat called “Lines total tax” However the line for “shipping costs” are Gross (inclusive of VAT) There is a separate line for the shipping tax. Could the “Shipping costs” be made to show the net figure? like the goods currently are
