HI, We would like to see an option under user's to allow or deny a user from being able to delete products.

Auto Fill Product Harmonised Code

To have the "Product Type Description" field under the Customs section of Shipping & Handling as a drop down, which would auto fill the "Product Harmonised Code" field from what has already been entered for other products. This would save a lot of time, when creating products manually, instead of always having to look up the codes when we have already entered them into Storefeeder for similar products.

mass delete

I think it could be beneficial to be able to mass delete products and subsequently delete every listing associated with said product. As it stands, having to manually delete each listing so they are not live, then going back into the product and deleting it from storefeeder can be very time consuming.

Archive old products (end of line products) function.

It would make the products page more user friendly if we could hide discontinued products by archiving them. We cannot or should not delete older products for various reasons, we may need them for reference, exchanges etc etc, but archiving them would be great. Archived products would be set by ticking products on the left and clicking a button "archive product". There should be the ability to unarchive products just in case. There would be a button to show archived products but by default products that we have archived would be hidden. Thanks Kieran

Report to show stock days of stock remaining until next delivery

It would be good to have a report or a visual on the products tab, that shows days of stock remaining at the current sell through rate for a product. Also for the report to show the days of stock until the next delivery. It would then help us all know if to speed up or slow down a products selling. Example ProductA = "12 days of stock remaining" next delivery "15 days" ProductB = "52 days of stock remaining" next delivery "15 days" ProductC = "20 days of stock remaining" next delivery "7 days"

Ability to drag & drop the sort order of product variants / child products

Think this or something similar had been posted before. Would be great to easiy re-arrange the order of which the child products are shown within a parent product. When adding new child products in to the parent product it would be nice to have them in order of size or colour.

Report for number of times products hit 0 stock to allow for increases in min stock levels

I would have thought this would be useful for everyone to be able to pull off a report over a certain time period of all the products that have hit 0 stock with a number indicating how many times this has happened. This would highlight any products that manual reorder levels/minimum stock levels are set too low and could be increased to in turn increase sales.

Auto Calculate Cost Price for Kit Products

In the same way that the weight is auto calculated for kit products, the cost price should be also, using the default supplier cost for each component product. We currently have to update kit product listing prices individually and manually since there is no way to export the costs, recalculate the listing price and import back in.

In Product/Images would it be possible to delete more than 1 image at once, ie a tick box to delete images?

At present its one image at a time or all images at once, would work better for us to be able to select and delete to save some time.

Make 'Notes' more noticible

At the moment there is no way of telling if there is any notes in a product, they are not getting used because of it - they could be extremely helpful with a small update Next to the 'Notes' option within the product, add '(#)' showing how many notes there are in the product between the brackets. So its obvious that the product has notes in. Or Adding a Notes column along the Manage Products page - similar to the archived column with the simple 'Yes' or 'No' to tell you if the product has notes or not

Supplier Cost Pricing per Inventory

It is very common for suppliers to temporarily change the price of an item (e.g. in a sale) that we already stock which we therefore buy. We are looking for the ability to allocate this cheaper-priced stock to a new price and once it is sold through, the old price would automatically return, or stick depending on settings, for the remaining (old-priced) stock. This would therefore make calculating profit margins a lot easier and save a lot of time as you would be able to quickly look back to see what inventory was bought at what price. To help this process it would also be very useful to have a supplier price on the delivery page per purchase order for quick reference.

We need a New Feature that would allow us to Post a short video of the Product. We can post videos directly only through amazon nd ebay.

For Example We all can see that amazon and ebay allows a 15-30 seconds video. but to Upload that Video you have to go to amazon nd ebay directly. We need a feature that allows to post videos along with pictures on all platforms.

A new Filter tab to show date when a price has been altered/amended

It would be very useful to be able to have a tab that shows when a price has been altered, as it's difficult to go through 1,000's of products to reduce/increase prices when price checking stock. If the tab showed when it was last updated, it would be easy to filter it into date order. Would make a massive difference to us.

Mark products as 'not for restocking'

Scenario being: you have a lot of products, and product ranges come and go very quickly. When it comes to order, at the moment you have to make a call on each line by identifying sales history, whether a product has been reduced, when it was last stocked etc etc... makes the order process very long. During daily operation we identify products that are not selling, ones that we need to reduce to clear etc, so it would be useful if each product had a checkbox to say 'do not restock' or similar. Then when we come to order, it can be flagged in some way, so we don't order by mistake or have to research that product to see if we still need to buy stock. This would save a huge amount of time and potentially money.
