Upgrade Servers, Speed is far to slow

Many times storefeeder is painfully slow or does not hardly respond at all, and is completely counter-productive, yes adding all these great new features is all well and good, but lets have super fast lightening servers, so storefeeder responds and reacts instantly.

To be able to type within a drop down selection to speed up time. Currently you have to scroll up and down to select a manufacturer, brand etc...

Dark Mode

Looking at white screens is very tiring to the eyes, especially when your job requires you to be looking at a computer screen most of the day. It would be great if StoreFeeder had a dark mode, something that is being added by default to most applications these days.

Delete Channel integration from channel settings

If you add a channel that you no longer use, it would be useful to have the control to be able to delete the integration rather than just turn it off. Would be a simpler and easier way to delete all listings on a channel, to essentially either get rid of it for good or to essentially replace with a new channel to start with a clean integration.

Include eBay usernames to show up when using the search feature

We have been using the search bar as a quicker way to bring up customer orders, products etc. It searches for names (part and full) however it does not search for eBay usernames eBay usernames are in the 'Customer Name' field if you search directly on the Orders page so I thought it would look for this also. The search bar is so much quicker so it would be useful to have the results for usernames included in the results

Removal of * but keep wildcard search

As users coming from using Magento/Channel Advisor as the stock management systems, we are used to having the wildcard search functionality without having to type a '*' at either end of the search phrase, as this is put in automatically by the systems. For example, you can type 123 in the sku and it will auto search for anything containing that sequence. If this could be replicated in StoreFeeder, it would be much more modern and be much easier to use as, even after using StoreFeeder for a year now, we frequently end up searching without the * and thinking there are no results or then having to re-search which wastes time.

Storefeeder auto signs out all the time

Constantly logging in to storefeeder is not only a pain, but has also caused us to lose information, for example a member of staff was working on a purchase order updating prices etc., had taken a couple of phone calls in between, pressed save and nothing happened, she had to log back in and all her hard work was lost. We should be able to be logged in all day, without having to sign in again and again.

An integrated thank you/social media leaflet to print out after the invoice&shipping label for every order

The possibility to have a leaflet print out on the integrated labels for example 1 ) the postage label 2 ) then the invoice 3 ) then a leaflet type thing We currently have a leaflet which we include in every order but would be great if we can integrate this to print after each invoice and shipping label, like an uploaded file. This is to include an offer for future purchases, social media links, contact details etc. To save hand putting in a leaflet for it to print automatically for every order.

It would be good to get a notification when the website feed is not working. Yesterday two of our websites stopped pulling in orders and it was only today that this got picked up by dispatch. Would be good to have some sort of notification

Reordering the search bar results show 'newest to oldest'

The search bar is great for finding results quickly, however when I search for customer names it displays the oldest order at the top first. When the customer has a lot of orders, I always have to click into 'View All' on the orders to take me to the order page, in order to see the most recent order. It would be helpful if the results could be reordered with the most recent order at the top, as this is usually the result I am looking for (for example if customers call up asking about an order they placed, it would speed up the process).

Be open and transparent regarding additional costs

Storefeeder should be very clear about additional costs for options on the platform. When buying Storefeeder, people use the website as an information tool for to see what the product includes - it's not clear that some of the "Features and benefits" are at an additional cost E.g. How much to use the API, how much to use the PDA App for example on this page https://storefeeder.com/misc/pda-functionality no where does it mention a cost to use this (Better still include these free within the monthly subscription cost)

Hi This is a feature request, it would be good if it was possible to send the order to zero as a draft, or to send individually by request, my issue is that we have to apply discounts, shipping etc and check the prices. Currently it's a long copy and paste process. Thanks

Importing Shopify Fraud Analysis - Allow Rules To Set Against These

Shopify's API provides a fraud end point for Storefeeder to pull through, this would be great if Storefeeder could add this as a feature so that we could see any fraud warnings on Storefeeder before sending orders. Ideally set up rules to prevent these being processed automatically and require a manual intervention. Mostly important for higher ticket items/sellers but we've just lost £420 to a chargeback which would have only been spotted had we checked each and every order Shopify pulls through.
