Why are the filters not returning anything?
Overview
This article explains why your StoreFeeder filters may not be returning results and what to do about it.
Cause
Most pages in StoreFeeder include filters for narrowing down data. If your filters are not returning expected results, it is usually one of the following:
- You have mistyped the search entry.
- You have entered only part of a name or SKU without using the Wildcard Filtering tool.
Fix
For partial matches, use wildcard filtering. Adding an asterisk (*) before, after, or around a search term lets you find partial matches. For example, *bench* returns any product with "bench" in the name. See the StoreFeeder Search Fields and Wildcard Filtering article for full details.
For finding a specific item quickly, use the Search Everywhere tool. This is the fastest way to find orders, products, and listings in StoreFeeder — simply type what you are looking for into the search bar at the top of the page. See the Using StoreFeeder Search Everywhere article for more information.
