Show Product Stock Level on Pickwave
A great addition to the pickwaves would be the inclusion of the current StoreFeeder Inventory next to the product SKU. This would allow us to undertake quick spot checks on physical Vs StoreFeeder Inventory levels which will ensure better stock accuracy.

Great idea, would really help
Hi We have considered this suggestion. However, we feel that there is too much scope for errors in stock with doing this. Imagine this scenario: A picker gets assigned a pick wave, and the inventory level for SKU - ABC1 on the pick wave shows there should be 5 in stock after he has picked this one for the orders. The picker then gets called into a meeting and does not pick his orders, including this item, immediately. 15 minutes later a different picker gets assigned a new pick wave of orders and this SKU (ABC1) is on this pick wave as well. They need to pick 2, so the inventory level on the pick wave now shows there should be 3 after they have picked their 2. They go to the pick bin and see that there is 4 in the pick bin and not 3. They are not aware that the first picker has not yet picked their orders. They report that there is actually 4 in the pick bin, so the inventory is altered to show 4. For this short time there is a possibility of an over sell. Picker 1 now finishes their meeting and picks their orders, but because they are now running late, they do not do the stock check. So you are left with 4 showing on inventory and 3 actually in stock. With lots of our customers having multiple pickers and this scenario would happen! So sorry, this idea is now declined. Thanks for the suggestion though!!
