Royal Mail Tracked Returns
The ability to be able to generate Royal Mail Tracked Returns from within SF. This functionality is already available from RM when added to your Despatch Manager Online account. This is a fully tracked returns solution. When a returns request is generated on system we would be able to print a returns label, or our customer could receive a link from us to access the RM online portal, they would then be able to print their own return labels if required. Tracked Returns would have to be added to Despatch Manager Online account for this service to be available.

Team·almost 8 years agoHi Eddie, We recently added support for this, if you don't have tracked returns enabled on your account please contact the support team with your contract code from royal mail for tracked returns and we can get is added ASAP! HI Sali, we do have a feature of creation tracked returns labels in bulk. If you would like to contact the support team, they will be able to give you guidance on how to get this activated for you. If we don't hear back from you on here by next motth I'll close this request off. Thanks, SF
