Improve UI warnings when archiving projects to clarify impact on reporting

Users are currently confused by the distinction between 'archived' and 'closed' projects, often leading to accidental data exclusion from reports. We should implement clearer labeling or a confirmation dialog during the archiving process to explain that archived projects are excluded from reporting metrics.
