Clarify the impact of project archiving on reporting data

Users are currently confused by the distinction between 'archived' and 'closed' projects, as archiving unexpectedly excludes data from reports. We should implement clearer labeling or a confirmation dialog to explain that archiving removes projects from reporting metrics.
