Intergration with Reply Manager

Hi Jamie, Also not to sure if you are aware but Xsellco are great the service is Called Fusion.......It is amazing, not cheap but saves even more time with cases etc. Thanks, Sam
Hi Jamie, I have actually just checked this out, however we only pay £38/59USD for Reply Manager for 2GB (compared to the equal account stats which is $179USD/126GBP for Channel Reply), I will admit it does take a bit of getting used to however once you have it is great and the back up is their and support is good as well and it is what they specialise in. Have you checked out the Channel Reply plugin for Zendesk? Just started using it and it works really well.

Hi Sam, We've had a look to see if it's possible to integration with reply manager, it's possible to update reply manager but not to pull information from them from what we've seen so we don't think this is possible. We don't really have the capacity do our own version of this as it is essentially a completely different software to storefeeder so it's a huge amount of work and is a big sidestep from what we currently do. This isn't to say we would never ever consider this but at the moment we wouldn't be looking to add this kind of functionality sorry! Thank you, The Storefeeder Team
