To be able to export ALL order information in 1 Spreadsheet instead of 500 Max at a time. We have thousands of orders and would like to be able to have all orders or even the option of a custom date range to download.

You can do this by checking the 'Select all pages' check box which is underneath the actions drop down. This will export all orders if you have no filters, or it will only export the data required based on any criteria you have in the filters. I hope this helps.
