Apply discount to entire purchase order

We would love to be able to apply a % discount to an entire Purchase Order as it's being put together, to automatically adjust the prices by e.g. 5% instead of manually changing, or exporting/importing the PO.

Notes on Purchase Orders like on Orders

We often get short shipments of items or wrong products delivered or are waiting on another pallet for a delivery which often means we have to be in communication with our suppliers. In the Deliveries page of a purchase order it would be useful to be able to add notes to a P.O regarding what communication we have had back from the supplier, before we write off products etc. We like the notes that are associated with individual customer orders and wondered if something like that could be added? Not everyone has access to the emails so Part Complete POs end up sitting there for some time without knowing why. Notes would make this easier to track.

currently the purchase order only supports uk pounds, it would be useful to have at least USD or EUR available as options.

Allow users to select a range for Sold Last X Days

Allow users the ability to select a date range for sales figures when creating a Purchase Order. Currently, users are restricted to Sold Last 7, 30, 90, 120 and all time. This information, whilst partly beneficial isn't always the most useful range of figures needed when making purchasing decisions. Example 1: A product may be seasonal and therefore hasn't sold in the last 90 days but it's approaching the season for making an initial order. It would be useful to see what the sales figures were in the first (say) 30 days of the season for the year prior. Example 2: For some suppliers, we may wish to hold 14 days worth of stock and at present we need to take an average between the "Sold Last 7 days" and "Sold Last 30 days" in order to "best guess" this figure. Having the ability to see the sales for the last 14 days will allow us to make better decisions for these suppliers.

Add update button to purchase orders

Add an "update" button to the edit purchase orders screen. It's very annoying that any time we want to update a price on a purchase order we have to click the Save button at the bottom and it saves the PO and takes you back to the list of purchase orders, when in fact what we want to do is save the progress so far and continue editing.

Ability to edit product notes within a Purchase Order

We often receive information from our suppliers about products during the PO creation process, it would be useful as we get updated information to be able to edit the product note directly from the Purchase Order rather than having to click through to the product first, to speed along the process.

Please add a second "add selected products" button to the bottom of the page when creating/editing a purchase order

When adding multiple items to purchase orders, I go down the page, then have to scroll back up to "add selected products", then back down again to go onto the next page of products. It would be more convenient if there was a second button for "add selected products" at the bottom of the page

The ability to adjust the suggested reorder levels on Purchase Orders

The ability to be able to select which "sold in last" period you want to auto assign to PO's. For example in the run up to busy periods, the ability to default to 60 or 120 days worth of sold items to the PO instead of 30 days in the suggested order qty column. Even better, the ability to be able to choose a date period and have sales from that sales period assign to the suggested qty so you can see what sold in the same period last year for example and reorder that qty.

When creating multiple line Purchase Orders it would be faster and more accurate to create them via CSV. In the same fashion that customer orders can be created via CSV this would be very useful.

Stock locations visiable on purchase order screen

It would be useful to be able to see the stock locations currently assigned to a product on the purchase order screen, for the purposes of separating orders for different warehouse zones and being able to see the stock being held in quarantine locations (As annoyingly the "Available Inventory" field shows the quantity including quarantined stock).

Option for purchase order to be sorted by pickbin rather than SKU

We use purchase orders as a guide for restocking the warehouse when goods arrive. However they're currently sorted by SKU which can make for staff weaving around the warehouse to do restocks. If there was an option for the contents of a purchase order to be sorted by pickbin rather than SKU it would make things much more efficient.

Merge PO's

The new way of booking in on the app is an improvement, but the old app would find any PO without needing to keep going back, it would be handy if I could merge PO's, currently I have to export them and reimport them which can be time consuming.

Ad-Hoc Purchase Order product cost to default to 'Last cost price' instead of the 'supplier costs'

Currently when raising an ad-hoc purchase order (there is no input of costs when raising this) - the Last cost price of a product gets overwritten by the 'supplier cost' value - which would be the first cost the product was bought at unless manually updated. The proposal would be that ad-hoc POs use the Last cost price as a SKU's default cost - so that A) the cost price is accurate to what it was last bought for B) the 'Last cost price' doesn't get permanently overwritten by the 'supplier cost'
