Improve dashboard to show previous years sales against this year at the same time.

It would be great if we see how today or this weeks sales compares against the same period last year, on the same chart. Currently the only way to look at last years data is to date range separately, we cannot look at last year vs this year together as a comparision which would be very helpful. Also being able to see out month to date vs last year and year to date vs last year etc, all very helpful at a glance stuff. Finally fixing the display issues of the dashboard graph, if you have too many channels the list goes outside the graph box and cuts off so you cannot see the day's total etc.

Custom Priority Flags

We'd love to be able to multi use priority flags. Currently we have it setup only for Click and Collect orders so our team knows to get them off first. We'd like to expand it and be able to add a custom flag to that some of our custom shipping method orders so they are spotted quickly and dispatched.

Zero VAT Figures

Sales are currently shown as an overall amount. It would be a blessing to be able to view sales with Zero VAT, would make end of year a little easier.

Add 'Cost of Goods Sold' to the 'Sales by Channel' on the Dashboard

The sales by channel graph on the homepage is good, for us its better than the actual sales report as we can put a date range in. One key piece of data we can't get from Storefeeder is 'Cost of Goods Sold'. So, it the revenue for a set date range was say £50,000, how much did those sales represent at cost price, for example £25,000. It would be great to see those figures written side by side, along with SALES, REVENUE, TAX & SHIPPING. This is a key piece of info for any business as it forms part of the 'Profit & Loss'.

See Amazon FBA sales on the Dashboard

It would be interesting to see the split for our Amazon sales, so splitting it into sales that are fulfilled by us through StoreFeeder (FBM) and sales that are fulfilled by Amazon (FBA). Currently it combines these totals together as one figure

Have the number of Supplier fufilled orders on Dashboard,

We use external suppliers for our stock and it will be helpful if any orders that come in for products that our suppliers have , be put in 'Supplier Orders' instead of 'Total Back Orders'

Ability to Create Custom Shortcuts on Dashboard. i.e. Ready to Drop Ship

It would be handy for individual businesses to be able to create Custom Shortcuts on the Dashboard that are important to their business. Currently we have to navigate to the orders screen and filter by 'Order Status' and/or 'Shipping Method' to see which orders need to be sent to our Supplier for dropshipping. Sometimes it is 'zero' which has also wasted some time. Ideally, we would be able to save a Filter within Manage Orders, and then create a Shortcut to that Filter from the Dashboard, just like the other filters, i.e. Ready to Pick. Also showing the total number of results in that filter, so that we just have to take a quick look when we log in and only address what we need to.

On the timeframe on the dashboard can we have a 'Yesterday' Option

On the dashboard where you have the 'Timeframe' box - the default Is the last month then you can drop down and choose 'Today' - but quite often in the morning when i'm logging in - in particular on a mobile browser there is no option for yesterday, which would be perfect to know rather than having to go an put the date.

Dont Do Updates During Working Hours

Please stop doing updates to storefeeder on a Wednesday during office hours.... We always run into problems on a Wednesday when you do updates to storefeeder, we have a morning mail collection....

Click & Collect orders

A Click & Collect order has to go through a pickwave for stock purposes, but at present the pickwave then sits "live" and not dispatched until the order is collected. I've been told I can tag a pickwave as "click & collect" but this is still going to clutter the open pickwave section up, especially when there are lots of single order pickwaves. The ideal solution would be that these sit somewhere else a little more distinguishable or perhaps hiding pickwaves with tag "Click & Collect". Basically, just something that means they're not cluttering up the open pickwave area.

Picking and packing countdown Timers

To save having to manually monitor picking or packing staff, being able to set countdown timer according to the packing complexity of an order. Picking in a similar way.

Add 'yesterday' in the drop down box for chart data

In the drop down box for the chart date on the dashboard - there are options for 'today' and the week. But if i log in in the morning on my phone for instance - it is really annoying there is no option for 'yesterday' to see how we did the day before.

Month End Stock Value Indicator (Factoring Outstanding POs)

Would it be possible to show a stock value for each month end for inventory stored in Storefeeder. This could ideally be done at original cost value (as prices change over time) and/or done at average cost value. Currently we pull off the Report > Stock Levels By Date to get this information for end of month values but thinking surely in this day and age this is something that could be easily automated and saved under a new heading or displayed on the Dashboard for the previous month. Especially given SF have all this information. Would also be handy if the same area could have a consideration for potential Purchase Orders which have been ordered before month end (and invoiced) yet not booked into SF until the following month.

Save frequently used actions/filters

The ability to quickly save frequently used actions so that they can be performed by clicking the saved link rather than navigating through the menu structure (ie Listings --> Listing Overview --> Type (Simple) --> Inventory > 0 --> Magento Status - no listings)

Show items counts on dashboard

Show the total number of items, as well as the number of orders, which are ready to pick, despatched today etc. These counts could also be displayed in the Overview Of Sales By Channel section, perhaps after the order count - eg instead of just (220) £4600 for 220 orders, we could see (220 / 1000) £4600 to designate that the 220 orders contained 1000 items. Better yet, display units per hour figures on the dashboard, using data taken from the Picking module.
